Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, for any reason.

Returns are item-level: send back exactly the piece(s) you don't want and keep the rest of the order.

Condition of items

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of scents and stains, with any tags attached. We inspect every return on arrival, and items that don't meet this standard can't be refunded.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn beyond trying them on can't be accepted.

Before your order ships

Changed your mind early? If your order (or an item in it) hasn't shipped yet, we cancel it right away and refund you immediately — there's nothing to send back.

Request it from your order page (Account → Orders → your order → Returns) or via the guest order lookup.

How to return

Request the return from your order page and we'll email you a return authorization (RMA), our return address, and a printable return slip.

Pack the item(s) securely with the slip and ship them back with the carrier of your choice. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk — keep your tracking number until the refund lands. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days (it usually appears in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).

Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges — every piece is made individually for your order. For a different size or design, return the item for a refund and place a new order; the new order ships without waiting for your return.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact [email protected] within 30 days with a photo. We'll replace or refund it free of charge — including any shipping.
